Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh spread wild fear inspired notions about the mass shooting at two New Zealand mosques a week ago.

While the shooter who killed no less than 50 and harmed many others composed a racial oppressor, hostile to settler statement, Limbaugh on Friday refered to what he called “a progressing hypothesis” that the executioner is really a radical attempting to “smear his political foes.”

He stated:

“The shooter says he’s not a conservative, not a Christian and that he identifies as an eco-fascist, which would make him a supporter of the Green New Deal. He adds that he disagrees with Trump on politics.”

Limbaugh didn’t exactly venture to such an extreme as to support the hypothesis, yet gave it a lot of broadcast appointment and told his audience members: “You can’t promptly limit this. The left is this crazy. They are this insane.”

Limbaugh, who spent quite a bit of his show politicizing the shooting, likewise pummeled “the left” for as far as anyone knows politicizing the shooting.

The transcript is on Limbaugh’s site, and a portion was posted online by the liberal guard dog association Media Matters.
